In my practice, I combine insights from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), intuitive coaching, and spiritual guidance. I believe the way we think—both consciously and unconsciously—creates the lens through which we experience everything: our relationships, our work, our self-worth, even our sense of purpose.
Many of the patterns that run our lives were formed early, often in childhood, and became so embedded we barely notice them. Over time, they shape our reality. We may find ourselves stuck in the same cycles—repeating old dynamics, hitting the same walls, replaying quiet self-doubt—and wondering, Why does this keep happening?
That’s where I come in.
Through a blend of CBT-informed tools and purpose-driven exploration, I help you uncover the invisible threads that have shaped your story. We don’t just talk about what’s not working—we trace it back to its root. And from there, we begin to shift the foundation.
Because I believe true transformation isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about uncovering what’s real. The version of you that exists beneath the old beliefs. The version that feels aligned, empowered, and purposeful.

Approach and Techniques
My work is rooted in the belief that real, lasting change comes from understanding the why beneath our patterns—not just addressing surface-level symptoms. I combine a background in psychology with years of experience as a coach and spiritual guide to support clients through a process of deep self-inquiry and transformation.
While my style is uniquely my own, it is informed by well-established, evidence-based frameworks within behavioural psychology. These approaches help clients shift limiting beliefs, reshape internal narratives, and align with a more empowered, fulfilling version of themselves.
At the heart of my work are principles drawn from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which explores the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. I also incorporate tools inspired by Schema Therapy, which looks at early emotional experiences and the belief patterns they create, and Behavioural Activation, which supports clients in taking purposeful action to overcome stagnation and low mood.
Elements of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) further enrich the process—encouraging present-moment awareness and helping clients move toward values-aligned action, even in the face of discomfort.
I also draw from the field of Positive Psychology, which focuses on growth, resilience, and the innate human capacity to thrive—not just survive.
In every session, my intention is to offer a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—as we explore what’s holding you back and work toward a life that feels authentic, empowered, and emotionally alive.
