imothy G. Chittenden BSc – CBT-Informed Coach and Practitioner

Meet Your Therapist

I was born and raised in the UK and spent most of my adult life in the U.S. before relocating to Spain in 2024. Through my online practice, Reframe Transformational Therapy™, I support clients in reconnecting with their inner truth, healing emotional patterns, and stepping into lives that feel more aligned with who they truly are.

This work isn’t just about learning to cope—it’s about gently uncovering the self beneath the conditioning, self-protection, and roles you've been taught to play. My approach blends insights from cognitive-behavioural psychology (CBT), lived experience, and intuitive coaching to create a space where meaningful transformation can unfold.

My own journey has been shaped by experiences of abandonment, struggles with self-worth, and the grief of losing partners. These challenges have deepened my commitment to offering a grounded, compassionate space where change feels both possible and real.
